BREAKFAST:

Cereals, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, toast/bread buns, coffee, tea, fruit juice. Where possible, food supplied is organic and additives-free; tea and coffee are 'Fair Trade'.

During their stay, guests are welcome to use the Breakfast Room for socialising and eating take-away meals etc.

The Breakfast Room is equipped with a fridge, kettle, and kitchen equipment exclusively for the use of guests.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:

Please inform the management of changes to expected arrival times.

Guests are asked to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure to allow time for house-keeping. Luggage may be left for collection later, by arrangement.

BOOKING:

A deposit of £20 per room is payable in advance to secure reservations. In the event of cancellations, deposits will be returned if more than 48 hours notice is given, otherwise when the room is re-let.
